Our Meadow Resin Notebook DIY kit comes with everything you need for making 2 unique meadow resin covers for your notebook.
All you need to bring yourself is your creativity (and some tissue papers, unwanted papers to cover your furniture).
It’s very meaningful to note that some resin can have a noxious smell that can hurt you without a well-ventilated room and protecting tools. Our resin does not have a strong smell, but you are encouraged to wear nitrile gloves. Nitrile gloves are best since they are least likely to react with your skin and with the resin. Latex gloves can sometimes interact with silicone resins and may inhibit curing.
Also, make sure your textures and clothing are protected and/or able to be ruined. Cover your work surface with some wax paper / baking paper though some unwanted paper works fine too. Resin is formulated to harden and last, don’t ruin your furniture.
1 -2 hours + 15 mins for demoulding & binding on the next day.
Baby wipes are a great thing to have handy to wipe it off your skin. After that, use soap and water to get off any remaining residue. A pumice soap is helpful in case the resin is sticky.
Any type of acid or solvent like acetone or alcohol. These can aggravate a resin reaction.
